Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Overview
PrimeSupport is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help identify and connect with potential clients. This role supports growth by initiating conversations with SaaS and digital product companies that may benefit from outsourced support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers
- Schedule meetings or calls for further discussion
- Maintain organized records of outreach and responses
- Collaborate with internal team on messaging and positioning
Experience
- 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Experience with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with B2B or SaaS environments is helpful
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in initiating conversations with new contacts
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to clearly explain services and value propositions
- Comfortable working toward goals and performance targets
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus but not required
